cancellation policy
Cancellation by Foodie:
So long as the Foodie placed an order (paid for a meal or dining experience) through the app at least 3 days in advance, the Foodie may always cancel that order through the app within the initial 24 hours of having placed the order. In such instance, the Foodie will receive a full refund.
Outside of the above-stated initial 24 hour window, if the Foodie cancels the order 5 or more days in advance through the app, the Foodie will get a 50% refund, and the Cook will receive 50% of the amount the Cook would have otherwise received had the Foodie not cancelled the order and had the Cook fulfilled the order; if the Foodie cancels an order 4 or fewer days in advance, the Foodie will not receive any refund, and the Cook will receive 100% of the amount that Cook would have otherwise received had the Foodie not cancelled the order and had the Cook fulfilled the order.
Cancellation by Cook:
If the Cook cancels a paid order placed by Foodie for any reason, the Foodie is entitled to a full refund.
